The cost calculator and any figures on this site are indicative. Your project's scope, price and timeline are set in a written proposal you accept before work starts.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the custom code, content and data we produce for your project. Third-party services and open-source components remain under their own licences.
Support and retainers
Included support periods and any retainer terms, including billing and notice periods, are set out in your proposal.
Payments
Build fees are invoiced on the milestone schedule in your proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved in your client portal before it starts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
