What we collect
When you use the cost calculator or contact form we collect what you type: your name, email, business name, phone (optional), the tools and prices you entered, your admin-hours estimate, and your answers about budget and timeline. Client-portal users also have an account, and the requests, files and comments they submit.
How we count visits to the home page
On our home page and our industry pages we count, anonymously, how far visitors get through the page: the furthest screen reached, roughly how many seconds were spent on each, whether you used a phone or a computer, and whether you reached or tapped the booking button. We do this ourselves, with no cookies, no third-party analytics and no advertising trackers. We don't store your IP address or anything that identifies you or your device; each visit gets a random number that is forgotten when you close the tab. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted at all. These counts are kept for 180 days and then deleted.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare a recommendation or proposal, and deliver the work you hire us for. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Where it is stored
In an encrypted database hosted by our infrastructure providers in the United States. Access is limited to Modulyth Systems staff working on your enquiry or project.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted on request or after 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and as required for tax and legal purposes afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time through our contact form.
