Is this just a CRM with my logo on it?+
No. There is no product we resell. Your system is designed from scratch around how your business actually runs: your services, your pricing rules, your staff, your paperwork, your customers. It may include things a CRM or booking app does, but only because your business needs them, and shaped the way you work.
Why is Scale the one most people should pick?+
Starter gets you a great front end. Scale is where the business itself changes: the custom management suite replaces the tools you rent, the analytics show you where time and money leak, and the first week of support ends with a report on exactly what to improve next.
Are these the final prices?+
They're the starting prices for each package. After the discovery call you get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts, and nothing outside that scope is billed without your approval.
Do I own what you build?+
Yes. The code, the database and the domain are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over. You can download your data from your client portal at any time. No export fees, no lock-in. That's the point of not renting software.
What happens after the first week?+
You get your analytics report and a prioritized list of improvements. Then you choose a monthly plan, or run it yourself: it's yours. Hosting ($80/mo) keeps it online, secure and backed up. Starter ($250/mo) adds a small update and a minor change every two weeks, plus a monthly value report showing what the system saved you. Growth ($500/mo), the plan we recommend for most businesses, ships up to 3 updates and 3 minor changes every week, with a weekly analytics report, ongoing SEO and a weekly bug-testing pass. Premium Scale ($800/mo) is Growth with priority on everything, plus auto-fix on the weekly recommendations: the best value when a day or two saved really matters.
What counts as an update or a minor change?+
An update ticket is something new: a new page or section, fresh content, or a small new feature. A minor change ticket is a tweak to something that already exists: wording, a price, a photo, a color or a setting. Bug reports and questions never count toward your tickets. Anything bigger than a small feature is quoted and approved before we start, like everything else.
Why pay $800 for Premium Scale instead of $500 for Growth?+
Same allowance, faster. Premium Scale puts every change, update and bug fix at the front of our queue, and lets you approve the weekly report's recommendations so they ship without a new ticket, with fresh performance data read back as soon as they're live. It's $300 more a month, about $10 a day. If a day or two saved on a fix or an optimization is worth more than that to your business, pick Premium Scale. If not, Growth is the right plan.
Can you work with tools I want to keep?+
Yes. We replace what's costing you money for no reason, and connect the tools that are genuinely good at their job. Accounting software is usually one of those.
